About Us

Gluten Freedom was born out of necessity. 2 young bakers found themselves bound their responsibility to create mouth-watering gluten and wheat-free pastries for one of their wives. The result is the delicious Gluten Freedom range of sweet and savoury pastries, that are sold frozen for a freshly baked taste whenever you want it!
